This position is for a Software Engineer - REMOTE. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in enhancing the developer experience across the engineering organization. Accountabilities
- Design, build, and deploy AI agents and automation that accelerate every phase of the SDLC.
- Stay at the forefront of AI and automation tooling, rapidly evaluating and incorporating solutions.
- Partner with engineers across teams to identify friction, design solutions, and iterate quickly.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a developer experience, developer tooling or platform engineering role.
- Experience evaluating and implementing AI developer tools.
- 5+ years of full-stack programming experience with languages like Go, Python, JavaScript.
- Ability to identify systemic inefficiencies across engineering and product.
- Experience with containers and tools like ECS and Terraform is a big plus.
- Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
