This position is for a Remote Application Administrator Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for the technical configuration and administration of various system, utility, database, and application software technologies. Your work will directly impact the overall system environment, ensuring optimal performance and capacity while maintaining proper integrations within the IT infrastructure. You will act as a critical liaison between hardware engineering teams and applications staff, making sure all systems operate smoothly to meet business needs. Your expertise will contribute significantly to disaster recovery preparations, ongoing documentation, and the smooth functioning of application lifecycle management processes.
Accountabilities
- Maintain overall system environment including monitoring and tuning of performance and capacity.
- Create and maintain documents and diagrams depicting system architecture and processes.
- Coordinate work with vendors and internal engineering groups on hardware troubleshooting.
- Provide general support and troubleshooting on assigned software systems.
- Assist in evaluating new software packages and make recommendations to management.
- Support software utilities within assigned system environments as needed.
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and document issues with application lifecycle management systems.
- Collaborate with team members to implement and document processes for application management tools.
- Directly support software development teams with application lifecycle management tool needs.
- Perform ETL administration to support data transfer and manage data integrity.
Requirements
