Join a fast-growing, creative team focused on turning complex data and optimization insights into visually compelling content. As a Social Media Graphic Designer, you\'ll bring our brand to life through engaging infographics, carousels, ebooks, and more—primarily on LinkedIn. You\'ll work closely with our marketing and content teams to transform ideas and wireframes into striking designs that connect with tech-savvy audiences. This role offers a collaborative and trend-forward environment where your creativity and design instincts will make a measurable impact. Accountabilities: Design high-quality visual assets such as infographics, carousels, ebooks, and diagrams optimized for LinkedIn and other social platforms Collaborate with content and marketing teams to transform wireframes and copy into polished, on-brand designs Contribute creative ideas to elevate visual storytelling and enhance our online presence Apply brand guidelines (typography, color palette, tone) to ensure consistency across all visuals Monitor current social media and design trends to keep content relevant, modern, and impactful Suggest improvements in tools and workflows to streamline design production and enhance quality Requirements Minimum 2 years of graphic design experience, ideally in marketing, tech, or SaaS sectors Proficiency with tools like Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, or other industry-standard software Basic understanding or keen interest in digital marketing, A/B testing, and conversion optimization Strong creative eye and ability to make data-heavy topics visually appealing and accessible Familiarity with social media design trends, particularly LinkedIn aesthetics Excellent communication skills; must be able to collaborate with a US-based team and ensure 2 hours of time zone overlap (8-10 a.m. EST) Portfolio required with at least 2 Figma-based projects Benefits Competitive monthly salary: $1,000 - $1,500 USD Flexible working hours with 4-5 hours overlap with US Eastern Time Promotion and career growth opportunities within the company Tech allowance for equipment or software purchases Access to company-sponsored training and educational programs 20 days of paid vacation leave annually, plus public holidays Work on high-visibility projects featured by major global brands 100% remote work within the EMEA region Jobgether Hiring Process Jobgether is a Talent Matching Platform that helps companies connect with the best-fit candidates using AI-powered job matching.
