Accountabilities

  • Oversee global IT operations, including user provisioning, access management, SaaS administration, and endpoint lifecycle management.
  • Manage identity and access management systems, ensuring secure, scalable, and efficient access controls.
  • Drive automation of IT processes such as onboarding, offboarding, and access changes to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.
  • Administer and optimize enterprise SaaS tools, ensuring effective usage, cost control, and performance.
  • Collaborate with Security, People, and business stakeholders to ensure compliance, governance, and a seamless employee technology experience.
  • Define, monitor, and improve key IT performance metrics to enhance service delivery and operational effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in IT operations, including at least 2+ years in a leadership or management role.
  • Strong experience managing SaaS environments, including provisioning, access control, and license optimization.
  • Hands-on expertise with identity and access management systems such as SSO platforms.
  • Experience with enterprise productivity tools and modern workplace technologies.
  • Proven ability to lead and manage distributed teams across different regions and time zones.
