Accountabilities
- Lead and manage complex employee relations investigations involving workplace concerns, policy violations, and conflict resolution matters across global teams.
- Provide expert guidance and consultation to managers, HR teams, and senior leaders on employee relations issues, performance management, workplace conduct, and organizational policies.
- Partner with stakeholders to ensure fair, respectful, and compliant handling of employee matters while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
- Analyze employee relations trends and workplace data to identify root causes, recommend solutions, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support organizational projects and global initiatives related to employee engagement, inclusion, compliance, and risk mitigation.
- Design and deliver training programs, workshops, guidelines, and best practices focused on workplace behavior, performance management, and conflict prevention.
- Contribute to the development and interpretation of HR policies, leave accommodations, reduction‑in‑force processes, and employee support frameworks.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience; advanced degree or legal studies background is considered a strong advantage.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in Employee Relations, HR Business Partnering, or related HR advisory roles within global organizations.
- Strong expertise in employment law principles, workplace investigations, compliance practices, and risk management strategies.
- Proven ability to manage sensitive employee issues with sound judgment, empathy, and professionalism across all organizational levels.
- Excellent interpersonal, stakeholder management, and influencing skills, with the ability to build strong partnerships across functions and leadership teams.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience using workforce data and trends to drive strategic employee relations decisions.
- Demonstrated experience designing and facilitating successful training and development programs for managers and employees.
- Advanced communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal, including public speaking capabilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, particularly Word and PowerPoint.
