For one of our clients, we are looking for an FP&A Business Partner, remotely from France or the UK. In this role, you will work closely with both the Drug Development and Corporate departments, serving as a key financial partner in driving strategic financial planning and performance. You will play a pivotal role in developing financial models, budgets, and forecasts while also supporting the preparation of financial reports. Additionally, you will analyze variances, collaborate across teams to offer actionable insights, and provide tailored financial analyses to various stakeholders. Your expertise will be crucial in helping the organization meet its financial objectives and navigate a dynamic, high-growth environment.
Accountabilities:
- Serve as a trusted Finance Business Partner for both Drug Development and Corporate functions, providing strategic financial guidance and insights.
- Develop financial models, reports, budgets, and forecasts that align with organizational goals.
- Lead the monthly finance closing process, analyzing financial reports and identifying significant variances from the budget.
- Provide detailed, actionable plans based on in-depth financial analysis.
- Support ad hoc requests by creating custom financial reports to meet the needs of various stakeholders across the business.
Requirements:
- A degree in Finance or Management from a recognized institution.
- Proven experience as an FP&A professional, ideally in the Biotech or Life Sciences sectors.
- Exceptional analytical and data interpretation skills, with the ability to communicate insights effectively.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to adapt to changing business needs.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, with hands-on experience in building financial models.
- Self-driven and proactive, with the ability to solve problems and manage multiple priorities.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); French is a plus.
- Passion for the intersection of finance, healthcare, and AI.
