Accountabilities

  • Coordinate cross-functional initiatives spanning Sales, Marketing, Product, Customer Success, Finance, and Operations.
  • Track business priorities, timelines, and deliverables while identifying risks, blockers, and dependencies.

  • Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and executive-level analyses to support data-driven decisions.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Business Operations, Revenue Operations, Strategy, Consulting, Product Operations, Chief of Staff, or Executive Support roles.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience building reports, dashboards, or executive-level insights.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to synthesize complex information clearly.
  • High level of organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Experience working closely with senior leadership in fast-paced, data-driven environments.
