Accountabilities
- Partner with senior engineering leadership to define and drive the technical roadmap, strategic priorities, and execution cadence across engineering teams.
- Monitor project health, remove roadblocks, and ensure flawless follow-through on key initiatives.
- Manage cross-functional communications, coordination, and stakeholder alignment to reduce operational overhead for leadership.
- Lead priority projects focused on organizational design, process optimization, and operational efficiency, ensuring measurable outcomes.
- Build and maintain planning frameworks, dashboards, scorecards, and reporting tools for high-velocity program execution.
- Serve as liaison between engineering and other departments, including product management, finance, GTM, HR, and design.
- Prepare high-quality executive-level materials and surface insights to improve decision-making, organizational effectiveness, and operational clarity.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Technical Program Management, Product Management, Strategy, or Operations within technology organizations; experience supporting senior tech leadership preferred.
- Background in STEM (Engineering, Computer Science) or equivalent technical expertise, with comfort navigating technical discussions.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects, prioritize competing initiatives, and operate effectively in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
- Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving skills, and ability to balance long-term initiatives with immediate priorities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience creating executive-level presentations and aligning diverse stakeholders.
- Experience managing budgets, tracking KPIs, and driving operational efficiency within technical teams.
- High emotional intelligence, able to read and respond to situations effectively, and lead with influence and consensus-building.
