You will be responsible for driving measurable growth in traffic, conversions, and user engagement across all digital channels. You will build and optimize campaigns end‑to‑end while continuously improving performance through data and experimentation. Working in a fully remote and collaborative environment, you will have significant autonomy to define priorities and shape growth strategy. This position requires a marketer who understands developer‑minded audiences and can communicate with clarity and authenticity.

Accountabilities:

  • Own and manage the performance of all digital channels, including website, SEO, email, paid media, and social platforms, with clear targets for growth and conversion.
  • Design and execute end‑to‑end digital marketing campaigns aligned with product launches and business priorities, from planning to performance analysis.
  • Develop and implement SEO and content strategies to strengthen organic visibility and progressively reduce reliance on paid acquisition.
  • Manage lifecycle email marketing programs, including onboarding, product updates, retention, and re‑engagement campaigns, while optimizing key engagement metrics.
  • Oversee paid marketing activities, ensuring efficient budget allocation and continuous optimization to maximize ROI across channels.
  • Monitor and report on digital performance metrics on a regular basis, translating data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
  • Engage and grow presence within relevant online communities and ecosystems, including forums, Reddit, YouTube, and open‑source spaces.
  • Run structured experiments across new growth channels such as referrals, affiliates, and influencer partnerships.

Requirements:

  • Proven hands‑on experience managing digital marketing channels such as SEO, paid media, email, and content with direct ownership of performance outcomes.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to build dashboards, interpret funnel metrics, and derive actionable insights independently.
  • Excellent copywriting abilities tailored to technical or highly informed audiences, with the capacity to communicate clearly and effectively.
  • Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar platforms).
  • High level of autonomy and initiative, with the ability to prioritize and execute without close supervision.
  • Experience working with technical, developer‑focused, or open‑source products is a strong plus.
  • Familiarity with community‑driven ecosystems or smart home technology is considered an advantage.
  • Experience in remote‑first, fast‑paced environments where ownership of a full marketing function is required.

Benefits:

  • Fully remote working environment with flexible working hours and global team collaboration.
  • Five weeks of paid annual leave, plus additional sick and parental leave provisions.
  • Annual budget for work equipment, smart home products, and professional learning and development.
  • Performance‑based yearly bonus tied to company results.
  • Internet cost contribution to support your remote setup.
  • Dedicated time for personal projects every two weeks.
  • Opportunity to work on a globally recognized open‑source product with a highly engaged user community.
