  • Define project scopes, allocate resources effectively, and align team bandwidth with evolving business goals and timelines.
  • Represent the design team across the organization, setting expectations, communicating trade-offs, and ensuring transparency around priorities and constraints.
  • Drive hiring efforts, participate in interviews, and contribute to long-term team structure and resourcing strategies.
  • Manage relationships with external agencies, contractors, and vendors to ensure consistent quality and delivery standards.
  • Contribute directly to hands-on design execution, producing high-quality product, marketing, and web deliverables.
  • Maintain and systematize Figma files, shared libraries, and design assets to ensure scalability, accessibility, and collaborative efficiency.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in product, digital, or brand design, with demonstrated leadership or team management experience.
  • Proven ability to balance strategic oversight with hands-on creative execution in dynamic environments.
  • Strong operational mindset with experience building or improving design workflows and bandwidth planning.
  • Advanced proficiency in Figma, including organizing libraries, maintaining structured systems, and enabling team collaboration.
  • Strong visual design fundamentals, including typography, color theory, composition, spacing, and layout.
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally with product, engineering, marketing, and leadership stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication skills with confidence presenting design rationale and navigating ambiguity.
  • Structured, systems-oriented thinker with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Experience scaling design teams, building design systems, or working with agencies is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and experience aligning product and brand systems across touchpoints (nice to have).

Benefits:

  • Fully remote role based in Denmark with global team collaboration.
  • Flexible work environment supporting autonomy and ownership.
  • Opportunity to shape and scale a growing design organization.
  • Exposure to fast-moving, innovative product environments.
