This position is focused on owning and evolving end-to-end data infrastructure, analytics, and reporting in a fully remote, global environment. You will be responsible for building reliable data pipelines, designing scalable dashboards, and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of all business-critical reporting. Acting as a key enabler of data-driven decision-making, you will work closely with engineering and business teams to transform raw data into clear, actionable insights. Accountabilities:
- Manage and optimize end-to-end data pipelines and data warehouse systems using ETL tools such as Stitch and Google BigQuery.
- Design, build, and maintain dashboards and reporting systems using Looker Studio to support business intelligence needs across teams.
- Ensure accurate implementation and monitoring of Google Analytics (GA4), including event tracking, validation, and reporting consistency.
- Execute rigorous data validation and QA processes to guarantee accuracy, consistency, and reliability of all reporting outputs.
- Proactively monitor data flows to detect anomalies, identify issues, and implement corrective actions before they impact decision-making.
- Develop custom, on-demand reports and analyses for cross-functional business teams.
- Collaborate with engineering and stakeholders to improve data architecture, tracking systems, and reporting frameworks.
- Maintain strong documentation, task tracking, and structured workflows using tools such as Trello and Slack.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in a Data Analyst, Data Specialist, or analytics-focused role.
- Hands-on experience with data pipelines and ETL tools such as Stitch or similar, and data warehousing in Google BigQuery.
- Strong proficiency in Looker Studio, including dashboard creation and advanced calculated metrics or reporting logic.
- Experience with Google Analytics (GA4 preferred), including event tracking, implementation, and interpretation of behavioural data.
- Proven ability to validate datasets, QA dashboards, and ensure end-to-end data accuracy.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to detect trends, anomalies, and actionable insights from complex datasets.
