This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Customer Success Manager based in Spain. As a Customer Success Manager, you will play a key role in helping enterprise customers maximize the value of advanced cybersecurity solutions throughout their entire lifecycle. You will own customer relationships, drive product adoption, support renewals, and identify opportunities for long-term growth and engagement. Working closely with sales, product, legal, and support teams, you will act as a trusted advisor and ensure customers achieve their security objectives. This role combines relationship management, strategic account development, and cybersecurity expertise within a collaborative, high-growth technology environment. Accountabilities
- Manage a portfolio of customer accounts, acting as the primary point of contact and building strong, long-term relationships.
- Drive customer onboarding, adoption, engagement, and renewal activities to ensure customers achieve maximum value from solutions.
- Own renewal processes, including forecasting, negotiation, opportunity management, and resolution of customer concerns.
- Monitor customer health, identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and maintain accurate account status documentation.
- Conduct regular business reviews with customers to track progress, align on objectives, and demonstrate ongoing value.
- Map customer business needs to relevant product capabilities to increase adoption and create long-term customer loyalty.
- Identify expansion and upsell opportunities within accounts and collaborate with sales teams to support growth initiatives.
- Partner cross-functionally with sales, legal, product, support, and external partners to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Maintain strong product knowledge, stay informed on updates and pricing changes, and guide customers on best practices.
- Support customer issue resolution by monitoring support cases and ensuring timely follow-up and successful outcomes.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related client-facing role.
- Professional experience within the cybersecurity industry.
- Experience managing customer relationships using CRM platforms and customer health tracking processes.
- Strong understanding of customer lifecycle management, renewals, adoption strategies, and value realization.
- Ability to present solutions, guide customers on security practices, and communicate technical concepts effectively.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams internally and externally to drive initiatives forward.
- Knowledge of security operations, vulnerability management, and cybersecurity workflows.
- Familiarity with enterprise software environments, ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle, or related business applications is considered an advantage.
- Experience working in a security software company or fast-growing technology environment is a plus.
- Strong business communication skills in English, both written and spoken; German proficiency is preferred.
- Relevant university degree or equivalent professional experience.
