This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Creator Success Manager (Business & Monetisation) in the UK. In this role, you will partner closely with creators to help them transform ideas into scalable, revenue-generating businesses. You will guide them through onboarding, launch, monetisation, and long-term retention, acting as both strategic advisor and growth catalyst. Working in a high-touch, high-impact environment, you will manage a portfolio of premium creators, primarily in the US market, and play a direct role in their commercial success. This position blends customer success, business strategy, and creator coaching, requiring both empathy and commercial sharpness. You will proactively identify growth opportunities, reduce churn, and drive predictable expansion. Operating in a fast-moving, fully remote setting, you will collaborate cross-functionally to influence product, marketing, and lifecycle strategy. Accountabilities

  • Manage a portfolio of premium creators, guiding them through onboarding, launch, monetisation, and long-term growth.
  • Act as a strategic business partner, advising on offer positioning, pricing, funnel strategy, and revenue expansion.
  • Proactively identify churn risks and design momentum plans to drive retention, engagement, and predictable NRR growth.
  • Lead structured business reviews, success planning sessions, and strategic growth conversations.
  • Monitor portfolio health metrics, engagement signals, and revenue performance to inform actions and priorities.
  • Identify and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities through value-driven strategy discussions.
  • Collaborate with Product and Marketing teams to share creator insights and improve lifecycle playbooks.
  • Refine scalable onboarding, launch, and retention frameworks to strengthen long-term creator success.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in customer success, onboarding, account management, or revenue-focused client-facing roles.
  • Proven ability to advise clients on business strategy, monetisation, and revenue growth.
  • Strong understanding of the creator economy, digital products, and personal brand monetisation models.
  • Commercial confidence, with comfort leading upsell, renewal, and revenue-driven conversations.
  • High emotional intelligence, excellent communication skills, and a consultative approach.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience tracking portfolio health, NRR, and engagement metrics.
  • Comfort using CRM tools such as HubSpot and working in data-driven, high-touch environments.
  • Experience coaching creators, entrepreneurs, or scaling your own digital product or personal brand is a strong advantage.
  • Ability to work flexibly across time zones, particularly US working hours.
