Our partner is looking for a Conversion Operations Specialist based in United Kingdom.

As a Conversion Operations Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing user acquisition and conversion processes across multiple digital products and marketing channels.

Working closely with marketing, analytics, and partner teams, you will build efficient user journeys, support technical integrations, and ensure tracking accuracy throughout the customer funnel.

Your work will directly contribute to improving campaign performance, streamlining operational workflows, and enhancing the overall user experience.

  • Accountabilities
  • Build, maintain, and optimize user conversion funnels, including User Flows and Customer Journey Maps, across multiple products and traffic sources.
  • Create, configure, and manage landing pages tailored to different markets, products, and marketing initiatives within affiliate programs.
  • Support the onboarding and technical integration of new partners, ensuring smooth implementation and successful launches.
  • Monitor and validate UTM parameters, tracking configurations, and attribution accuracy across partner and marketing systems.
  • Maintain partner account records and ensure internal documentation remains accurate and up to date in collaboration with analytics teams.
  • Test conversion funnels, including PWAs, mobile applications, and landing pages, to verify functionality and identify optimization opportunities.
  • Develop, organize, and continuously improve internal documentation, knowledge bases, and operational processes using tools such as Wiki and Jira.
  • Conduct competitor research and recommend improvements to conversion funnels based on market insights and best practices.

Requirements

  • Experience designing, implementing, and optimizing user conversion funnels, User Flows, and Customer Journey Maps across various products and customer journeys.
  • Practical experience working with tracking systems, affiliate marketing platforms, and a solid understanding of their operational principles.
  • At least 1 year of experience managing technical integrations involving affiliate programs, digital products, or marketing technologies.
  • Strong understanding of conversion optimization processes, attention to detail, and a systematic approach to workflow management and quality assurance.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to identify issues and recommend data-driven improvements.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to collaborate across multiple teams.
  • Experience with Binom, Keitaro, Affilka, Scaleo, or similar tracking and affiliate management platforms is considered an advantage.
  • Previous experience conducting competitor analysis and translating findings into conversion optimization initiatives is a plus.
