- Maintain and enrich structured master data sets related to ocean freight content.
- Identify patterns in data errors and contribute to the continuous improvement of QA guidelines, processes, and tooling.
- Use and optimize AI-assisted tools to accelerate quality assurance workflows and improve detection accuracy.
- Support the refinement of internal documentation and operational standards for content quality.
Requirements
- Exceptional attention to detail with a strong commitment to accuracy in high-volume, structured workflows.
- Fluent written and spoken English for daily communication with international partners.
- Strong proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets, with comfort handling large datasets and structured information.
- Ability to work independently, manage cases end-to-end, and maintain accountability for outcomes.

- Strong communication skills, particularly in written form when interacting with external stakeholders.
- Comfort working in fast-paced, process-driven environments where precision is critical.
- Bonus: experience in logistics, freight forwarding, ocean/air cargo, or supply chain operations.
- Bonus: familiarity with AI tools or experience building workflows that leverage automation or LLM-based systems.
- Bonus: experience with ticketing systems such as Zendesk or similar platforms.
