This position is for a Content Lead, EMEA Courses & Events in the United Kingdom. In this role, you will lead the strategy, development, and execution of high-impact content experiences designed for talent and business leaders across the EMEA region. Accountabilities
  • Lead the end-to-end content strategy and execution for EMEA events, conferences, courses, and educational programs.
  • Develop compelling presentation‑style content, event programming, workshops, and learning materials tailored to talent and business leaders.
  • Own and scale courses and certification initiatives, ensuring content remains relevant, engaging, and aligned with evolving industry trends.
  • Collaborate with internal subject matter experts, external speakers, and cross‑functional teams to deliver impactful event experiences and community‑driven content.
  • Conduct audience and customer research to deeply understand market needs and create highly relevant, insight‑driven content strategies.
  • Repurpose and adapt content across multiple channels and formats to maximize reach, efficiency, and audience engagement.
  • Manage operational aspects of content programs, including copywriting, campaign coordination, landing pages, social media messaging, and stakeholder alignment.
  • Partner closely with marketing, partnerships, events, and community teams to ensure consistency in messaging, goals, and campaign execution.
Requirements
  • Significant experience in content marketing, content strategy, events, community marketing, or a related field, ideally within a SaaS or technology‑driven environment.
  • Strong expertise in creating presentation‑based content, educational programming, workshops, and event materials.
  • Proven ability to manage and scale strategic content initiatives from concept to execution in fast‑paced environments.
  • Excellent storytelling, copywriting, and communication skills with the ability to adapt messaging for different audiences and channels.
