Our partner is looking for a Content Lead based in United Kingdom.

As a Content Lead, you will own the content strategy and execution for digital health products that help millions of users build healthier, more sustainable habits.

This high-impact role combines strategic leadership with hands‑on content creation, allowing you to directly influence user engagement, retention, and long‑term behaviour change.

You will work closely with product, data, and creative teams to design meaningful content experiences across multiple formats, from in‑app coaching and educational resources to short‑form video and AI‑powered workflows.

  • Accountabilities
  • Own and execute the content roadmap, ensuring alignment with product strategy, user insights, business objectives, and quarterly priorities.
  • Partner with product managers and cross‑functional teams to integrate content throughout the user journey, including onboarding, coaching experiences, habit‑building programs, interventions, and product launches.
  • Create and refine high‑quality content across multiple formats, including in‑app articles, educational materials, behaviour‑change content, videos, scripts, guides, and social media assets.
  • Build and lead an efficient, AI‑enabled content function with scalable workflows, editorial processes, quality assurance systems, and documentation standards.
  • Develop and optimize short‑form content strategies designed to improve engagement and resonate with diverse user audiences.
  • Use analytics, dashboards, KPIs, and experimentation frameworks to measure content performance and run structured A/B tests for continuous improvement.
  • Leverage advanced visual production tools, video editing capabilities, and AI‑powered workflows to increase content quality and production efficiency.
  • Ensure all content is inclusive, evidence‑based, compliant, and aligned with behavioural science principles.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in content strategy, content creation, and production, ideally within consumer digital products or technology‑driven environments.
  • Previous experience leading a content team, function, or content operations within a digital product organization.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute content roadmaps connected to measurable product outcomes such as activation, engagement, retention, and revenue.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience defining KPIs, working with dashboards, analysing performance data, and using insights to optimise content strategies.
  • Advanced experience with video creation, visual editing, and AI‑powered content production workflows.
  • Exceptional UX writing, editing, storytelling, and communication skills across various formats, including educational, visual, video, and long‑form content.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with subject matter experts such as coaches, nutrition professionals, behavioural specialists, or healthcare experts.
  • Strong ownership mentality with the ability to balance strategic thinking, fast execution, experimentation, and continuous improvement.
  • Experience in health, wellness, weight management, habit formation, or coaching products is considered an advantage.
