We\’re looking for a Community & Growth Manager to grow and engage our global community of job seekers.
Your mission: raise awareness of Jobgether worldwide by building active communities across social media, forums, and content channels, while also activating and engaging our existing user base.
This role is about experimentation and execution: trying new growth hacks, testing ideas, and finding what drives adoption and engagement.
Your mission
- Implement and execute the go-to-market strategy for community growth
- Expand Jobgether\’s presence across Reddit, LinkedIn, X, and other channels
- Design and run content marketing campaigns (posts, threads, newsletters, replies) to attract job seekers globally
- Activate and engage our existing users through email campaigns, Discord engagement, and in-product messaging
- Explore and test growth hacking tactics to drive visibility and adoption
- Identify and nurture communities where job seekers gather
- Track performance, analyze results, and iterate fast
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in community building, growth, or content marketing (startup / B2C SaaS background)
- Fluent in English is a must; Spanish or French as a second language is a plus
- Startup mindset: creative, hands-on, action-oriented, fully accountable
- Passion for exploring and testing new ideas (growth hacking mentality)
- Strong communication skills and ability to engage across multiple channels (social, email, Discord, forums)
- Comfortable working remotely, autonomously, and at a fast pace
