This role is focused on driving new business growth within the hospitality technology sector, contributing directly to the expansion of a fast‑scaling SaaS platform operating across Europe. You will own the full sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation to negotiation and closing, while building strong, long‑term relationships with hospitality clients. The position involves working closely with a Business Development Representative and reporting to senior sales leadership, ensuring alignment on pipeline strategy and revenue targets. You will engage with a variety of hospitality stakeholders, including hotels, venues, and conference centers, helping them adopt innovative cloud‑based solutions. Operating in a remote‑first, international environment, you will play a key role in shaping market penetration strategies and accelerating regional growth. Accountabilities

  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals across SMB hospitality accounts in the European market.
  • Develop and execute targeted account strategies to identify, pursue, and convert new revenue opportunities.
  • Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets while maintaining accurate forecasting and pipeline management in Salesforce.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitality clients, including hotels, groups, venues, and conference centers.
  • Prepare tailored proposals, negotiate contracts, and lead commercial discussions through to successful closure.
  • Collaborate closely with the BDR team to optimize outreach efforts and ensure strong pipeline development.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences, with occasional travel as required.
  • Continuously monitor market opportunities and contribute insights to refine the regional sales strategy.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in SaaS or technology sales, ideally within the hospitality tech industry.
  • Proven track record of managing the full sales cycle and consistently achieving revenue targets.
  • Experience using a consultative or solution‑selling approach in complex B2B sales environments.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, remote‑first, and target‑driven environment.
  • Proficiency in English and at least one additional European language (German preferred).
  • Strong organizational skills with experience managing multiple opportunities simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce is a plus.
