Accountabilities

  • Manage and monitor daily performance of repairers within the designated region to meet client SLAs and business requirements.
  • Onboard new repairers to ensure optimal coverage, capacity, and service standards.
  • Use reporting tools and data analysis to identify performance trends and implement improvement strategies.
  • Support compliance, documentation, and audit requirements across the network.
  • Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with repairers and stakeholders.
  • Assist in resolving customer complaints and represent the network at client meetings.
  • Drive initiatives to maintain and enhance overall network efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role within the collision repair or automotive sector.
  • Strong knowledge of repair processes, methods, and standards.
  • Excellent communication, relationship management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and implement solutions.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage workload and multiple priorities effectively.
  • Proficient in IT tools, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; familiarity with estimating systems such as Audatex is desirable.
  • Full UK Driving Licence is essential.
