Accountabilities

As a Paid Social Analyst, you will be responsible for managing, analyzing, and optimizing performance marketing campaigns to maximize return on investment.

You will use data, experimentation, and platform expertise to improve campaign efficiency and support business growth.

  • Develop, launch, and optimize paid social campaigns across platforms such as Meta, including Facebook and Instagram.
  • Create and execute media buying strategies designed to maximize revenue, performance, and return on ad spend.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and identify opportunities for optimization and growth.
  • Manage campaign budgets effectively, ensuring advertising spend is allocated strategically to achieve business objectives.
  • Optimize bids, audiences, creative performance, and campaign structures to improve results.
  • Translate complex performance data into clear insights and recommendations for internal teams and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with creative, strategy, and production teams to develop data‑informed solutions that improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Manage multiple high‑value campaigns while consistently meeting performance targets and revenue goals.
  • Stay up to date with paid social trends, platform updates, and emerging advertising opportunities.
  • Support reporting processes by creating clear performance summaries and actionable recommendations.

Requirements

The ideal candidate is a data‑driven digital advertising professional with strong paid social expertise and a passion for performance optimization.

You should be comfortable managing large‑scale campaigns, analyzing complex datasets, and communicating insights across different teams.

  • 3+ years of experience in digital advertising, paid social, or direct response marketing.
  • Proven experience managing high‑spend paid social campaigns, including budgets exceeding $1M per month.
  • Strong expertise with Meta advertising platforms and campaign optimization strategies.
  • Excellent quantitative reasoning skills with the ability to analyze performance data and identify trends.
  • Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical capabilities.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to both analytical and non‑technical audiences.
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote environment aligned with Pacific Time Zone hours.
  • Familiarity with advertising APIs, SQL, business intelligence tools, or analytics platforms is a plus.
  • Experience with additional advertising platforms such as Tik Tok, Snapchat, Google, or Pinterest is preferred.
  • Background collaborating with creative teams or developing social media content is an advantage.
