Our partner is looking for an AI Video Producer, Sports Data & Storytelling based in the United Kingdom. This role sits at the intersection of sports media, data, and AI‑driven content creation, focused on redefining how high school sports stories are produced and distributed at scale. You will transform structured sports data, editorial insights, and archival assets into engaging video, podcast, and social‑first storytelling formats. Working within a fast‑moving digital production environment, you will leverage emerging AI tools to streamline workflows, accelerate content creation, and expand studio output. The role involves close collaboration with editorial, social, product, and studio teams to build repeatable systems for scalable storytelling. You will help turn rankings, records, athlete achievements, and game moments into compelling narratives that resonate with fans and communities. Accountabilities

  • Design and execute AI‑assisted video production workflows to improve efficiency, scalability, and content quality across sports media formats.
  • Transform sports data, rankings, statistics, and editorial concepts into engaging video narratives, scripts, storyboards, and finished productions.
  • Build repeatable content systems for recurring formats such as player spotlights, team features, rankings, milestones, and game recaps.
  • Support studio and podcast production by creating video extensions including clips, cutdowns, vertical edits, audiograms, and promotional assets.
  • Develop and optimize workflows using AI tools for scripting, voiceover, editing, motion graphics, captioning, and automated video generation.
  • Collaborate with editorial, social, and product teams to expand storytelling opportunities across digital platforms and sports ecosystems.
  • Maintain quality control across all outputs, ensuring accuracy, brand consistency, and editorial integrity in sports storytelling.
  • Identify and implement new AI tools and production techniques to continuously improve content creation systems.

Requirements

  • Experience producing digital video content for sports, media, editorial, studio, or entertainment platforms.
  • Hands‑on experience using AI‑powered video production tools and AI‑assisted creative workflows.
  • Strong storytelling ability with the capacity to translate sports data, statistics, and narratives into compelling visual content.
  • Experience working with video editing, scripting, motion graphics, voiceover, templates, and content packaging for multiple platforms.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, CapCut, Runway, Pika, Descript, ElevenLabs, Canva, or similar platforms.
  • Experience supporting podcast or studio content through video clips, social cutdowns, highlights, and promotional assets.
  • Strong editorial judgment, attention to detail, and commitment to accuracy in sports content.
  • Ability to collaborate across editorial, product, data, studio, and marketing teams in a fast‑paced environment.
