Accountabilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes across client projects, from discovery and user research to wireframes, prototypes, and final design handoff.
- Use AI-powered tools such as generative design platforms and Figma AI features to rapidly produce UI mockups, prototypes, and design assets.
- Conduct and synthesize user research using AI-assisted methods to extract insights from interviews, surveys, and behavioral data.
- Apply design thinking and product thinking frameworks to define user problems, map journeys, and validate solutions with stakeholders.
- Build and maintain scalable design systems, UI components, and documentation to ensure consistency across projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, engineers, and clients to translate requirements into user-centered experiences.
- Present design concepts and rationale, clearly communicating how AI-driven workflows improve efficiency and output quality.
- Contribute to evolving internal design methodologies and champion AI-first design practices across the organization.
Requirements
- 3–7+ years of UX/UI design experience with a strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered digital product design.
- Proven hands-on experience using AI tools in daily design workflows, including prototyping, research analysis, or content generation.
- Advanced proficiency in Figma and familiarity with AI-enabled plugins and design acceleration features.
- Strong understanding of design thinking, product thinking, and human-centered design principles.
- Experience working in agency, consultancy, or multi-client environments with adaptability across industries.
- Ability to analyze qualitative and quantitative research and translate insights into actionable design decisions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience leading client-facing workshops or design reviews.
