This role combines hands-on frontend engineering with strong technical leadership to shape how users discover, engage with, and convert across global web experiences.
You will lead a team responsible for building and evolving acquisition surfaces such as marketing websites, landing pages, and conversion funnels. The scope is highly cross-functional, involving close collaboration with Marketing, Design, Product, Compliance, and Legal to deliver scalable, high-performing, and regionally adapted web experiences. You will play a key role in defining how content is created, managed, localized, and optimized for conversion across multiple markets. The environment is fast-moving and product-driven, with a strong emphasis on experimentation, data-informed decision-making, and continuous optimization. Accountabilities- Manage, mentor, and support a team of engineers, including performance management, coaching, and career development.
- Own the technical direction of acquisition systems, including marketing websites, landing pages, and conversion funnels.
- Drive improvements in conversion performance by enhancing analytics, instrumentation, and funnel observability.
- Design and maintain scalable headless CMS architectures supporting global and region-specific content delivery.
- Build and evolve CMS-driven frontend applications using React and TypeScript.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Design, Legal, and Compliance to deliver compliant, localized web experiences.
- Define content models, publishing workflows, and approval processes tailored to multi-region regulatory requirements.
- Improve frontend architecture, performance, accessibility, SEO, and overall user experience across acquisition surfaces.
- Partner with Design to scale and maintain shared design systems across web platforms.
- Collaborate with backend teams on API design for web and CMS integrations when needed.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve tooling, workflows, and content operations across the organization.
- Use data-driven insights to guide product, UX, and engineering decisions.
- 5+ years of experience building frontend applications using React and TypeScript.
- Proven experience in engineering leadership, including managing, hiring, and developing software engineers.
- Strong background in owning acquisition surfaces such as marketing sites, funnels, onboarding flows, or growth platforms.
- Experience with analytics, funnel tracking, and data-informed product optimization.
- Hands-on experience with headless CMS platforms and content-heavy, dynamic web applications.
- Strong understanding of frontend architecture, performance optimization, accessibility, and SEO best practices.
- Experience building or supporting multi-region and localized web experiences.
- Solid experience collaborating with design teams and implementing scalable design systems.
- Strong API integration experience and understanding of REST-based architectures.
