Accountabilities
- Own a targeted list of prospects and aggressively drive net‑new enterprise business within the insurance sector.
- Build strong pipelines through outbound prospecting, partner collaboration, and market research.
- Conduct high‑quality discovery sessions to identify operational and customer experience pain points.
- Lead complex, multi‑stage sales cycles involving stakeholders across CX, contact center operations, and C‑suite.
- Present and position digital solutions to demonstrate measurable business outcomes such as efficiency, engagement, and cost reduction.
- Partner internally to design value‑driven solutions, deliver demos, ROI models, and executive presentations.
- Maintain accurate forecasting, account planning, and CRM discipline in line with sales standards.
- Stay up to date on market trends, competitor offerings, and industry developments to inform strategy.
Requirements
- 5–8+ years of enterprise B2B SaaS and/or CCaaS sales experience, with a strong track record in net‑new logo acquisition.
- Proven experience selling to enterprise customers, ideally within the insurance vertical.
- Demonstrated success managing complex sales cycles and engaging multiple executive stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of CX, AI, automation, cloud platforms, contact center operations, and digital engagement solutions.
- Consultative selling and value‑based presentation skills, with the ability to articulate ROI and business impact.
- Self‑motivated hunter mentality with a proactive approach and ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and negotiation skills.
- Experience using CRM and sales tools such as Salesforce or similar platforms.
