Accountabilities

  • Own a targeted list of prospects and aggressively drive net‑new enterprise business within the insurance sector.
  • Build strong pipelines through outbound prospecting, partner collaboration, and market research.
  • Conduct high‑quality discovery sessions to identify operational and customer experience pain points.
  • Lead complex, multi‑stage sales cycles involving stakeholders across CX, contact center operations, and C‑suite.
  • Present and position digital solutions to demonstrate measurable business outcomes such as efficiency, engagement, and cost reduction.
  • Partner internally to design value‑driven solutions, deliver demos, ROI models, and executive presentations.
  • Maintain accurate forecasting, account planning, and CRM discipline in line with sales standards.
  • Stay up to date on market trends, competitor offerings, and industry developments to inform strategy.

Requirements

  • 5–8+ years of enterprise B2B SaaS and/or CCaaS sales experience, with a strong track record in net‑new logo acquisition.
  • Proven experience selling to enterprise customers, ideally within the insurance vertical.
  • Demonstrated success managing complex sales cycles and engaging multiple executive stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of CX, AI, automation, cloud platforms, contact center operations, and digital engagement solutions.
  • Consultative selling and value‑based presentation skills, with the ability to articulate ROI and business impact.
  • Self‑motivated hunter mentality with a proactive approach and ability to work independently.
  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and negotiation skills.
  • Experience using CRM and sales tools such as Salesforce or similar platforms.
