Join our Manufacturing Engineering Wing Industrial Team supporting A350 and Long Range Business Areas. We are seeking an experienced leader to head the Widebody Work Preparation and Industrialisation team. In this role, you will drive product and process improvements through cross-functional co-design, supporting major modifications and new developments. You will collaborate closely with internal teams and external customers to ensure seamless integration of industrial systems and processes. HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE TO THE TEAM Lead and manage the Work Preparation and Industrialisation team for Widebody programmes, ensuring timely and accurate documentation (SOIs, Routings, BOMs). Support and influence Widebody Major Modifications via the Co-design Milestone Gate process and modification management. Drive lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives to support production rate ramp-ups. Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams and stakeholders across ME, Design, Quality, and Operations. Manage project reviews, design reviews, and industrial system requirements to meet safety, quality, and regulatory standards. ABOUT YOU Degree-qualified in Engineering or equivalent experience with strong wing airframe and industrial systems knowledge. Proven leadership skills with experience managing diverse, high-performing teams. Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities, capable of translating complex data for varied audiences Familiarity with project management practices, including CapEx and modification industrialisation processes.
