Job Role: Young Persons Recovery Practitioner Location: Luton Rate: £23 P/H LTD Umbrella (£20.33 PAYE INC)About the Role: Supporting service users through their treatment journey, from entry into the service to post-treatment support Providing screening, assessments, and psychosocial interventions Identifying and addressing potential safeguarding issues effectively Promoting carer, service user, and community involvement in treatment processes Advocating for access to partnership services and integrating care planning Working with service users towards positive health and wellbeing outcomes, fostering resilience and risk reductionAbout You: Experience in working with young people and understanding their challenges Familiarity with safeguarding concerns in children and young people, including the Fraser Competence framework Strong knowledge of drug and alcohol issues and experience in related fields Ability to apply evidence-based practices in substance misuse treatment for young people Proficient in communication, both verbal and written High personal IT competency Skilled in accurate record-keeping and meeting deadlines for information submission Excellent team player with strong interpersonal skillsFor further information please contact Vinny Kerrigan at Service Care Solutions on 01772 208963 #J-18808-Ljbffr
