We are looking for a seasoned executive to join us as VP of Delivery in the Digital business (Head of Delivery Segment). This role strategically manages over 700 people, focusing on scaling the business. The primary responsibility is shaping the delivery strategy for the area of responsibility and contributing directly to the company\’s overall strategy. The role\’s objectives align with top-level company goals and the growth of the Delivery Segment business. Alongside working closely with the Leadership Team to shape delivery strategy, responsibilities include supervising a large engineering organization, performance management, financial oversight, contribution to sales and presales, as well as account growth. The role reports to the Chief Delivery Officer. Responsibilities: Lead Delivery Organization: Lead a team of directors to deliver high-quality services to clients Develop and implement best practices and processes to improve efficiency and quality Explore and adopt new technologies and tools to foster innovation and efficiency Promote a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning within delivery teams Be a trusted partner for key clients and support business development: Collaborate with clients to understand their business goals and develop tailored solutions Build and maintain strong relationships to ensure smooth project delivery and ongoing success Participate in top-priority pre-sales activities, guiding and supporting the team to ensure sales success Work closely with sales and marketing teams to develop and execute segment strategies Keep Intellias at the forefront of technology innovation: Identify and evaluate emerging technologies for application in solutions and services Develop and execute an innovation strategy aligned with business goals Stay updated with the latest software engineering trends and technologies Requirements: Over 10 years of experience in Software Engineering and Outsourcing within a well-established company (3000+ employees) Experience managing an engineering organization of 700+ people with proven results Strong program and portfolio management skills, Agile project management experience Deep expertise in modern software engineering technologies, practices, and trends; experience as a solution architect is a plus Understanding of Digital business and its IT landscape and trends Visionary mindset with entrepreneurial skills and leadership presence Experience in strategic planning and execution Proactive, assertive, and goal-oriented attitude; willing to go the extra mile Understanding of large IT outsourcing company organization, governance, processes, and structure Experience with business development and presale management in service business Financial management skills, including managing P&L for a large service organization MSc or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, MIS, or related; MBA or similar is a plus Fluent in written and spoken English#J-18808-Ljbffr
