Transformation Consultant

I am seeking experienced Transformation Consultants to support our clients in United Kingdom with guiding their organisations through significant internal system and process enhancements.Responsibilities: Analyse the existing systems and processes within various departments, with a primary focus on Supply Chain, IT, and HR. Propose transformation strategies and be responsible for implementing the changes as well as providing guidance and support to the wider teams. Develop relationships with senior leadership and key stakeholders to secure commitment and ensure successful project outcomes. Establishing key performance indicators (KPIs) and monitoring progress to validate the value and return on investment (ROI) of transformation initiatives.Requirements: Experience in transformation projects in a fast-paced, high growth environment including Private Equity backed environment or consultancy. Strong project management skills, ability to oversee multiple initiatives, manage resources, and deliver outcomes effectively.
