Responsibilities:Finding, recruiting, and managing affiliates(bloggers, influencers, and TikTok account owners). Cold traffic– capturing attention through hooks and viral content. Audience warming– content that builds demand and trust. Purchase conversion– leveraging influencers and showcasing product benefits. Retargeting– engaging audiences who have already interacted with the content. Creating content strategies for affiliates : developing content plans for various accounts, tailored to customer pain points. Market and trend analysisto adjust strategies and identify new growth opportunities. Optimizing affiliate funnelsto improve conversion rates and scale successful models. Outreach campaignsto attract top affiliates and establish strong partnerships. Using situational marketingto drive organic traffic. Requirements:Experience inaffiliate marketingand managingpartnership programs . Deep understanding ofTikTok Shopand its algorithms. Stronganalytical thinking– ability to adapt strategies based on trends and audience behavior. Creativity in content– developing materials that drive sales.
