I\’m currently looking for a T&C Manager for a leading independent financial advice firm to take ownership of the business\’s training & competence function and support the ongoing development of our Financial Planners, Mortgage Advisers, Employee Benefit Consultants and Appointed Representatives across the group.Responsibilities Lead and deliver training in line with FCA regs Monitor Adviser competency under our T&C scheme Ensure full compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards Play a key role in upholding best practice across the business Perks Private medical insurance Up to 28 days annual leave Holiday carry over and option to buy/sell holidays DIS x 4 5% pension contribution Funded training Plus much more!
