The team here at Edge1 are supporting one of our enterprise clients based in London, to hire an experienced Data Recruiter/Talent Partner on an initial 6 month contract.They are looking for somebody with a strong sourcing background, who has the ability to cut through the noise and find the best talent in the Data vertical. This will be to support a high-growth hiring project that they\βre looking to kick-off in the coming weeks.They want somebody who is passionate about talent acquisition and ready to contribute to our client\βs success. You\βll play a pivotal role in helping them to secure the best in market and manage the end-to-end process from advertising through to offer.Responsibilities Manage a high-volume (c20) hiring project for the internal Data team Collaborate with the internal stakeholders to understand their specific recruitment needs Source, review and engage the best candidates on the market Manage the full-cycle recruitment processes, from job posting to offer Stay up-to-date with the market to adapt your hiring efforts accordinglyWhat are we looking for? Essential:Proven experience in Data recruitment or Talent Acquisition, with the ability to cut through the noise and identify true talent Strong interpersonal and communication skills Innovative mindset with a focus on understanding new tools and technologies Great problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and client needs. Experience providing data-based reporting Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
