You will be responsible for identifying key marketing opportunities, delivering best in class audience insights and supporting the commercial teams with your client and vertical expertise. In this role you will play a crucial part in helping drive commercial success and growth for the business. ABOUT YOU You will be a true self-starter who can work collaboratively with multiple teams and can provide a high attention to detail. You are a personable, curious individual who is filled with motivation and high energy that will light up the team pushing us to our goals. This role combines elements of commercial thinking, excellent communication, numerical analysis and multi-tasking. You will have experience in the media sector. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES What you’ll be doing: Proactively identify market trends by researching current press and historical data – prepping team for effective client and category approachBuild relevant insights for pitch to prospective clients and new business opportunitiesResponsible for growth strategy of priority accounts within the commercial teamLearn and interpret client objectives & media KPI’s to best formulate media strategies.Responsible for feeding research, industry trends and account knowledge into the businessAOV growth against key accounts and verticals through strategic insightsSupport the sales team with identifying in-quarter incremental business and upweightsClear understanding of Captify product capabilities and solution selling, proactively identify cross-sell opportunitiesWork closely with Sight to produce proactive insights both at a client-specific and verticalised level thatwill drive growth and incremental revenueMeeting with clients & feedback information gained to commercial teamConceptualize presentation and collateral design with Marketing team for deliverablesFully immerse themselves in the digital advertising industry, learning about one of the fastest growing advertising channels in the UKREQUIREMENTSWhat you need to be successful:Comfortable working in a sales environment with individual and team targetsSelf motivated and have an attention to detailHave an organised approach and be able to meet challenging deadlinesProactive approach with excellent communication skills via email, over the phone and in person.Passion for digital and always seeking to extend your knowledge of the market.Account management experience with a proven ability to grow relationshipsGood understanding of the digital advertising industryExcellent communication with internal and external stakeholdersProblem solver with a proactive mindsetStrong understanding of how to use data and insightsGood presentation and storytelling skillsStrong commercial mindset with drive to grow revenueSound research skills with ability to curate and distil market intelAt least a year’s experience in the advertising & media industryProficient in Microsoft Office inc:PowerPoint, Excel & WordComfortable with building graphs & decks for commercial story telling purposesYOU WILL ENJOY Enjoy our flexible/core hours and home working as per company policy Work from any Captify office in the world – giving every employee the opportunity to experience life at Captify in another city A pet friendly office based in Covent Garden, London’s Media Hub!
