About the Role and Your impact: This role offers the opportunity to re-imagine how a global organization maintains operational excellence while adapting to dynamic challenges. As the Program Manager for Business Continuity Management, you’ll be at the forefront of ensuring our organization’s resilience during disruptions. You’ll collaborate with stakeholders across all levels to develop, implement, and maintain robust business continuity plans. You’ll drive innovation at the intersection of risk management, operational excellence, and technological advancement.

  • Spearhead, design and execute Business Continuity strategy, that set new standards for operational resilience focusing on effective response and recovery capabilities aligned with key metrics (RTO, RPO).
  • Transform our global operational framework by eliminating single points of failure through strategic planning and creative solution design.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives with Workforce Management, Global Process Strategy, Operations, and Leadership to build future-proof business models.
  • Orchestrate regular tabletop training and exercises to prepare R&C for disruptions of varying severity.
  • Leverage insights from drills, exercises, and real events to continuously improve our continuity programs.
  • Conduct thorough Business Impact Analyses (BIAs) and formulate exit strategies.
  • Manage and update all R&C business continuity documentation, ensuring stakeholder alignment.
  • Maintain clear communication on plan changes and dependencies with partners.
  • Build and evolve our continuity programs using real-world insights and emerging best practices.
  • Develop dynamic documentation systems that enable rapid response and adaptation to changing conditions.
  • Foster a culture of preparedness and innovation across global teams.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3+ years of program or project management experience.
  • 3+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience.
  • 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL.
  • Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements.
  • Proven track record in defining program requirements and using data-driven improvements.
  • Exceptional communication skills with ability to coordinate across diverse stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated creative problem-solving skills and process improvement experience.
  • Good time management, multitasking abilities, and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, and Visio.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience.
  • 3+ years of driving process improvements experience.
  • Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization.
  • Experience building processes, project management, and schedules.
  • Experience in compliance program management, legal, governance, audit, or risk/loss prevention.
  • 3+ years of experience in Operational Resilience or related disciplines.
