We are seeking a confident, customer-focused professional with a flair for interior layout and experience in planning commercial spaces. In this role, you will oversee the smooth day-to-day operation of our busy London showroom and play a key part in delivering an outstanding customer experience. Your ability to combine strong organizational skills with creative space planning will be essential to supporting our clients and team effectively.

Ideal candidates will have:

  • Space planning experience ideally in commercial settings
  • An eye for interior design
  • Proven experience in showroom, retail, hospitality, or interior design environment both commercial and/or residential would be an advantage
  • Knowledge of the furniture market/industry
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; confident engaging with design-savvy clients
  • Proficiency in space planning software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, pCon.planner, or similar)
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
  • A proactive, solution-oriented mindset
  • A design or interiors background is an advantage
  • Degree or diploma in Interior Design, Spatial Design, or a related field (desirable but not essential)
