Site Protection Officer (SPO)

As we expand and pursue new contracts, we are seeking expressions of interest from experienced candidates for the role ofSite Protection Officers . Emergency PreparednessSupport the development of pre-incident plans for site scenarios Test, maintain PPE, and keep appropriate records Monitor, test, and record equipment to ensure operational readiness Review site fire risk assessments as needed Inspect and report faults for firefighting equipment Assist in monitoring on-site alarm systems Liaise with emergency services during incidents Provide immediate response and first aid in emergencies Qualifications: FREC 3, HGV Class 2 License, Medical response, First Aid Experience: JOIFF Fire Fighting, Confined Space Rescue Site SecurityManage site access and security Assist with CCTV, switchboard, inductions, and key distribution SIA license required Development (Self and Team)Maintain competence against national standards Confined Space Rescue Team qualification is beneficial Other ResponsibilitiesParticipate in review meetings Promote equality, diversity, respect, and dignity Maintain safe work systems and comply with health and safety regulations Qualifications: BA, teaching qualification (beneficial), aviation experience (desirable) Note: Do not apply without FREC 3, HGV Class 2, or firefighting experience.
