You’ll work across a diverse portfolio of clients and be responsible for developing, executing, and optimising SEO strategies that drive organic growth, improve search engine rankings, and increase traffic and conversions. You’ll bring a strong foundation in both on-page and off-page SEO, and be confident managing multiple projects, reporting on performance, and collaborating with internal teams. Key Responsibilities Develop and deliver tailored SEO strategies across multiple client accounts Execute on-page SEO improvements: technical audits, keyword optimisation, internal linking, and content strategy Lead link-building campaigns and manage off-page SEO activity, including outreach and digital PR Perform comprehensive SEO audits and provide actionable recommendations Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to inform content strategy Regularly monitor, analyse, and report on SEO performance using tools like GA4, GSC, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc. Stay updated on industry trends, algorithm updates, and best practices Collaborate with content creators, designers, and developers to implement SEO best practices Communicate strategy, insights, and progress to clients with confidence and clarity Produce regular performance reports and present insights and recommendations Collaborate with content, design, and development teams to ensure SEO best practices are met across all digital assets Required Skills & Experience Minimum 5 years of hands-on SEO experience, preferably in an agency or multi-client setting Proven track record of delivering organic growth and improving search visibilityincluding improvements inkeyword rankings, organic traffic, and overall SEO performance Deep understanding of on-page SEO fundamentals Strong experience in off-page SEO including outreach and link-building techniques Proficient with SEO tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, Moz Excellent written and verbal communication skills and confident in client-facing roles Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and trends Excellent time management and organisational skills — comfortable juggling multiple projects Experience working with CMS platforms (e.g. WordPress, Webflow, Shopify) Preferred (but not essential) Strong understanding of technical SEO Experience with international SEO and multilingual websites Basic understanding of page speed optimisation techniques Familiarity with schema markup and structured data What’s In It For You?
