We are seeking a Senior Audio Visual Engineer to join our client's growing team, delivering world-class AV systems to some of London's most exclusive residential properties. As a Senior AV Engineer, you'll play a pivotal role in the design, installation, and commissioning of bespoke residential AV solutions. You'll be working closely with project managers, designers, and programmers to bring high-end home automation, cinema, and multi-room audio/video systems to life.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Lead the installation and commissioning of complex residential AV systems
  • Collaborate on system design, rack builds, and onsite integration
  • Provide hands-on leadership to junior engineers and subcontractors
  • Interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, and system layouts
  • Carry out system testing and client handovers
  • Apply basic programming to systems such as Control4, Crestron, or Savant
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently onsite
  • Ensure all work meets high standards of quality and client satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in the residential AV sector
  • Proficiency with AV systems such as Control4, Crestron, Savant, or Lutron
  • Basic programming
