We’re looking for a Senior Manager of EU Programming in London. You’ll have a passion for music, across multiple genres and territories. Areas of local music focus and expertise include Italy, France & Spain. The Senior Manager of EU Programming will report to the Director of International Programming and support in delivering the best programming experience possible to all of our partners, managers, and artists we work with. This role will work closely with internal Content & Programming departments and ensure clear communication and delivery on projects.
Day-to-day tasks will include:
- Curating programming across the Vevo platform to reflect local music tastes (IT/FR/ES)
- Staying up-to-date on all global music priorities & scheduling into linear programming rotations across various channels
- Monitoring video trends and channel performance to ensure all channels are fully optimized
- Working with Partner Distribution team to ensure all linear partners feedback is received and acted upon if necessary
- Regularly updating YouTube channel cards, end screens & editorial playlists
- Supporting the Global Programming team to develop key strategies and initiatives
- Attending the EU Music Meeting and oversight of promotional slates for (IT/FR/ES)

- Experience in entertainment or streaming service and a good understanding of the digital music landscape
- Familiarity and passion for online trends and an understanding of analytics
- Attention to detail and delivering to deadlines
- A genuine eye for new and exciting music talent
- Passion for music, the industry as well as wider music trends and youth culture
- Tech savvy with a good understanding of CMS and other programming tools, YouTube channel management & YT Analytics
- Great organizational & communication skills, a team player and multitasker
This is a full-time position based on-site/in the office. Vevo operates in a hybrid work model and requires employees to be in office 3 days a week, on average. To qualify for the role you will need to be currently located or willing to relocate near the London office.
