About R4
R4 is a performance-led advertising agency built on four core pillars: Advertising, Analytics, Data, and Performance. We translate bold creative into outcomes that matter—measurable, trackable, and tied directly to commercial impact. Our proprietary tool, CoreIQ, powers smarter media buying by combining Experian Mosaic and Location Analysis data to optimise reach, targeting, and ROI. By closing the gap between concept and conversion, we strip away the noise and focus on what counts: results that move the needle.
The Role
We’re looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to join our fast-moving creative team. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in agency life, where multiple deadlines, shifting priorities, and a diverse portfolio of work are the norm. You’ll work across a broad spectrum of client campaigns, as well as the visual development of the R4 brand itself. From performance-led digital ads and CRM content to pitch decks, video assets, and brand identity design, you’ll be delivering work that doesn’t just look great but drives results.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop performance-focused creative across digital, social, OOH, presentation decks, and internal brand assets.
- Support the visual execution of R4’s brand, ensuring consistency and innovation across all touchpoints.
- Collaborate closely with creatives, strategists, developers, and account leads to produce integrated campaigns.
- Create engaging CRM/email marketing assets using platforms such as HubSpot, Mailchimp, or Klaviyo.
- Support the development of motion content and video editing (experience with After Effects and Premiere Pro is a plus).
- Apply AI design tools and workflows to enhance speed, experimentation, and output quality.
- Balance multiple projects simultaneously, working well under pressure and meeting tight deadlines.
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years’ experience in a creative or advertising agency setting, with a strong portfolio of commercial work.
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Motion tools like After Effects and Premiere Pro are a strong advantage.
- Strong understanding of performance-driven design principles, with a sharp eye for visual detail and commercial effectiveness.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint.
- Experience working within CRM platforms, able to design and build emails that look good and convert.
- Comfortable using or exploring AI-based design tools (e.g. Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, Runway).
- A self-starter who embraces agency pace and flexibility, while always aiming for high standards.
