This role involves full responsibility for complex projects, from coordinating design and build efforts to ensuring excellence at every stage of delivery. Your Responsibilities Lead and manage aviation-related design and construction projects from inception to completion Act as the key point of contact for clients and maintain strong working relationships Coordinate internal disciplines and external consultants across all phases Oversee procurement, contract management, design delivery, and risk mitigation Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation, building codes, and sustainability goals Monitor progress against quality, budget, and performance indicators Encourage a collaborative environment and support innovation throughout the project lifecycle What You’ll Bring A degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field Chartered status (e.g. RIBA, MICE, CIOB) or on track to achieve it A minimum of 8 years\’ experience in design/project management, preferably within consultancy or design & build settings A strong track record in delivering complex infrastructure or aviation-sector projects Solid knowledge of planning regulations, JCT/NEC contracts, and public sector procurement processes Outstanding leadership and communication skills, with the ability to engage clients effectively Proficiency in tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, and project management software (e.g. MS Project or Primavera) Nice to Have Familiarity with sustainable design approaches and ESG initiatives Experience working on international or culturally diverse projects Competency in BIM Level 2 environments Why Join Us?
