Due to continued growth in their Claims team, they are now seeking an experienced Claims Associate to join their team.Your New Role In your new role, you will be tasked with managing a technical caseload of global casualty claims. Working closely with the Casualty Advocate and leadership, you\’ll provide expertise across diverse classes of business, including General Liability, Product Recall, Contingency, and A&H. You\’ll also liaise with placing brokers, underwriters, and clients, ensuring claims are handled efficiently, accurately, and with professionalism that reflects the firm\’s high standards. What You\’ll Need to Succeed In order to succeed, you will need significant Casualty claims experience within the London market, a deep understanding of high-value and complex insurance in both Direct and Faculative Reinsurance policies and strong technical skills able to understand and interpret bordereaux. You must be confident in engaging with senior stakeholders and clients and be a competent communicator in both a written and verbal format. What You\’ll Get in Return In return, you will receive a very competitive salary and a discretionary bonus, the ability to work on a hybrid basis (3 days in the office / 2 day from home), and 25 days holiday.
