This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Service Engineer to join a leading name in the Security Systems space, supporting critical infrastructure across London. As part of a large, established team, you'll be working with some of the most sophisticated integrated security technologies on the market. Your role as a Service Engineer will give you the opportunity to work on complex systems across multiple customer sites within the M25 area.

Key responsibilities for this Service Engineer role:

  • Service, repair, and maintain security systems including CCTV, Intruder, and Access Control, as well as integrated systems
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction during all site visits
  • Liaise with the wider engineering team and report directly to the Regional Supervisor and Manager
  • Travel throughout your defined patch (within the M25), attending service calls as required
  • Participate in the call-out rota to support customers 24/7 as needed

Requirements for this Service Engineer role:

  • Experience servicing electronic security systems (CCTV, Access Control, Intruder)
  • Good IT skills (laptop configuration, software updates, etc.)
  • Relevant electrical or electronic engineering qualification preferred – or strong industry experience
  • Field-based engineering background, ideally in the security or fire systems space
  • Based in London or commutable within the M25
