Rock Up is an exciting and dynamic indoor climbing centre offering unique experiences for all ages and abilities. With a strong focus on fun, fitness, and community engagement, we provide an inspiring environment for school trips, reward experiences, PE lessons, corporate events, and more.

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Sales Outreach Executive to drive new business opportunities with schools, community groups, and corporate organisations. Your mission will be to identify and engage potential customers, build strong relationships, and convert leads into bookings. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on networking, enjoys consultative selling, and is passionate about active experiences that bring people together. This role requires travel across England to visit our Rock Up sites, schools, community groups, and corporate organisations. You will introduce our products and services in person and run taster sessions on-site for group leaders and teachers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Research and identify potential leads within schools, community groups, and corporate sectors.
  • Develop and implement outreach strategies to generate interest in Rock Up’s offerings.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, including teachers, group leaders, and corporate event planners.
  • Actively make outbound calls, emails, and in-person visits to introduce Rock Up and tailor solutions to meet customer needs.
  • Travel to Rock Up sites, schools, and community groups across England to engage potential customers.
  • Run taster sessions on-site for group leaders and teachers to showcase our offerings.
  • Attend networking events, trade shows, and community meet-ups to expand Rock Up’s presence and generate leads.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to align outreach efforts with ongoing campaigns.
  • Nurture leads and manage a pipeline to convert prospects into confirmed bookings.
  • Track all interactions and leads using CRM software to maintain accurate records and measure performance.
  • Provide regular reports on outreach activity, lead generation, and conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer journey from enquiry to experience.
What We’re Looking For
  • Proven experience in sales, outreach, business development, or account management.
  • Confident and engaging communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with a variety of stakeholders.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and driven by results.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple leads and follow-ups.
  • Comfortable making outbound calls and attending in-person meetings.
  • Willingness to travel across England to visit potential customers and conduct taster sessions.
  • Experience using LinkedIn and social media for outreach and lead generation.
  • Knowledge of HubSpot is preferred.
  • Strong email communication skills with the ability to personalise emails and build relationships.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for tracking and reporting purposes.
