Job Title: Sales TrainerWe are collaborating with one of the UK\’s leading Information Resource Businesses for Tax, Accounting, HR, H&S, and compliance professionals. This role emphasizes sales coaching and training, vital for both new recruits and tenured staff to hone their skills and excel. The Sales Trainer will be responsible for designing and implementing training initiatives based on weekly coaching scores, helping to improve the quality of sales calls and overall team performance. The company offers online platforms, legislation, insurance, advice lines, training materials, webinars, and tools to keep professionals credible and informed, supporting organizational growth. Key responsibilities include: Supporting sales teams to increase market penetration of online information products. Providing 121 coaching and mentoring to enhance referrals and sales quality. Creating engaging training content and a sales playbook on best practices. Offering feedback to leadership on knowledge gaps and trends. Motivating the team to adopt referral processes and upselling opportunities. Quality checking sales calls and delivering call coaching based on score sheets. Assisting with onboarding and training new team members. Facilitating training sessions, including Lunch and Learn events. Collaborating with stakeholders to share best practices and ensure learning adoption. Ideal candidates will possess: Proven sales training experience. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
