Job DescriptionReporting to the sales team, the Sales Analyst & Support role ensures the team can maximize and run the best sales by making range and price recommendations following their analysis. Responsible for collating and collecting information from the brand (offer, contract, prices, final stocks), he/she works in tandem with the Key Account Manager to create the best possible offer online while also providing support and coordination for the commercial activity. The role is based at our London office. TasksAnalyse:Analyse the offer and make recommendations to the Key Account Manager to guarantee its success. Prepare the offer analysis file after receiving information from the supplier. Analyze data such as: Strength of the offer: presence of key categories, volume per reference, comparison with previous sales. Catalog information: references, size, colors, ref co, category, shipping cost scheme negotiation. KPIs: purchase price, retail price, sale price, product margin, discount, taxes. Comparison with previous sales: price, flow, opcode, date, logistics flow. Make pricing and margin recommendations using provided tools to optimize range, stock, and price for launch. Conduct post-sales reviews and analyze improvement levers for future operations. Sales:Prepare presentation materials for brand meetings, including post-sales reports, and participate when necessary. Provide commercial backup during operations through calls and emails with the brand. Operational:Ensure proper operational management of sales in coordination with the commercial partner. Manage contractual details and handle first-level disputes. Transmit offer details to Data Coordinators for data integration. Ensure sale dates are met by coordinating offer finalization, prices, stocks, and content management. Must Have SkillsExperience in a similar role, merchandising, or buying assistant role. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Proficiency in Google Apps and MS Office, especially Excel. Strong organizational skills; detailed and accurate. Analytical mindset. Ability to manage priorities; autonomous; adaptable. Fluent English.
