As a Residential Support Worker, you will be responsible for supporting the children and young people in all aspects of care. Your role is to provide direct care for children and young people, helping them achieve positive outcomes in their lives. This position is hugely influential on the lives of vulnerable children who are in care, having a life-changing impact on their quality of life, safety, and outcomes.
