The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in care home management and a passion for delivering high-quality care in a warm and homely environment.What We’re Looking For? Level 5 in Health and Social Care (Management), with a focus on elderly care Proven experience in a home management role within a residential home setting for the elderly Strong leadership and communication skills in the context of elderly care Ability to work effectively in a homely, dynamic environment with a focus on elderly care A commitment to promoting diversity, equality, and inclusion within the residential care home for the elderlyResponsibilities Supervise the day-to-day operations of the residential care home Ensure the delivery of person-centred care to elderly residents Manage and support a team of care staff, ensuring their ongoing professional development in providing specialised care for the elderly Serve as a point of contact for residents, their families, and external stakeholders, understanding and addressing the unique needs of the elderly Develop and implement care plans in collaboration with the care team with a focus on elderly care and well-being Monitor and maintain the standards of care, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and guidelines for residential care homes for the elderly Manage the budget and resources of the home effectively, with consideration for the specialised needs of elderly residents Reference: WILL143265/AP INDNUR
