Pearse Partners are looking for an Analyst to join our client's Real Estate team. The ideal candidate will have 18–24 months of relevant experience, with a strong analytical background and a demonstrated interest in real estate investment and transactions. Exposure to M&A or corporate finance is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the underwriting and execution of real estate transactions across Europe
- Prepare financial models, investment memoranda, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders
- Conduct market and asset-level research to support deal origination and due diligence
- Assist with portfolio monitoring and performance reporting
Requirements:
- 18–24 months of experience in investment banking, private equity, real estate, or related fields
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
- Proficiency in English; additional fluency in German, French, or Dutch is strongly preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, or a related field
