Where will you be working? At M Group Water we help our clients safeguard the water supply, improve environmental performance and manage demand for future generations. We enhance and extend asset life, ensuring compliance with water quality and environmental standards. We’re problem solvers with over 140 years of combined experience in engineering and infrastructure. This role will join BGEN - one of the UK's largest multidisciplinary design and build contractors with over 100 years of industry experience. We support clients in the water, power & energy, pharmaceutical, nuclear and food and beverage industries to deliver next generation, value-added engineering solutions.

What will you be doing? You will play a key role in bringing projects to a successful close by compiling and reviewing End of Manufacturing Reports and Lifetime Quality Records, ensuring every document is complete, signed, and compliant. You will work with installation teams across manufacturing, welding, electrical, and I&C to check quality, resolve gaps, and keep progress on track. You will support the close-out of Non-Conformance Reports, liaise with engineers to capture corrective actions, and maintain trackers for quality metrics. You will also prepare final handover packages, provide updates to stakeholders, and foster collaboration that drives continuous improvement.

What you’ll bring: You will communicate clearly, follow up effectively, and thrive both independently and in a collaborative, fast-paced team. You will bring experience in quality support and documentation within engineering, construction, or manufacturing projects. You will be familiar with EOMRs, LTQRs, NCRs, and quality control processes. You will understand manufacturing, welding, electrical, and I&C work in regulated environments. You will show strong attention to detail and organisational skills. You will be confident using Microsoft Office tools.
